The biggest tennis trips of 2027 on our route are the Australian Open in Melbourne (11 to 31 January), the Madrid Open (19 April to 2 May), Queen's Club in London (5 to 20 June) and Wimbledon (28 June to 11 July), all with official dates. The table below lists every 2027 event we researched in a city on our route, in date order, with how firm each date is. The list covers places we have been, so Roland-Garros, the US Open, Indian Wells and Miami are left out. Each city is on our route data, apart from Bad Homburg, a short trip from Frankfurt. That record shows where we were and when, so all the tennis detail here comes from the organisers and the sources we name.
• Official: the organiser or the ATP or WTA calendar has published 2027 dates. We name the source.
• Official, week only: the calendar gives the week but no exact days, so we give the week and nothing more.
• Announced: a credible report, with no official date yet. We say who reported it.
• Projected: the usual slot only, so treat it as a guess until the organiser confirms it.
Two master calendars sit behind most of this list. The newest ATP 2027 calendar PDF we found is the version of 14 January 2026, so an individual ATP date could have moved since. The WTA 2027 calendar PDF is dated 1 October 2026 and marked subject to change. Check the tournament's own site before you pay for anything non-refundable.

Dates include qualifying where the source does, and the notes say where the main draw starts later. Sources in the status column are the ones that set the date.

Each guide ranks areas by time to the venue, gives ticket routes and prices with the year they apply to, and says which nights to book when the dates are official.
• Japan Open and Pan Pacific Open, Tokyo

• Australia in January. The United Cup final in Sydney is on 10 January, and Australian Open Opening Week starts in Melbourne on 11 January. Adelaide runs 11 to 16 January, so a Melbourne and Adelaide trip also works.
• Spain on clay. The Barcelona Open final is on 18 April and the Madrid Open listing starts on 19 April.
• London on grass. Queen's ends on 20 June and Wimbledon starts on 28 June. Earl's Court, on the District line, works for both.
• Germany in June. Berlin ends on 20 June. Bad Homburg has a free opening day on 19 June and main-draw play from 20 to 26 June, so the two meet at the end of Berlin's week.
• Japan in October. Osaka runs 18 to 24 October, the week before the Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo.
Some events have firm dates but thin travel detail, so we have left them in the table only. Bucharest has no confirmed 2027 venue, Rabat's tickets and access are unverified, and we could not find ticket information for Marrakech. The Davis Cup Final 8 will wait for a named host city; Bologna hosted in 2025 and hosts again in 2026.
Adelaide tickets for 2027 start from A$15 for adults according to Glam Adelaide, with free qualifying on 9 and 10 January. WTA 125 and ATP Challenger events elsewhere on our route had no published 2027 dates in our research, so they are not listed.

28 June to 11 July 2027, according to wimbledon.com and the ATP calendar.
11 to 31 January 2027, according to the tournament. Opening Week is 11 to 16 January and the main draw starts on 17 January.
No. Most are official, but some are week-only listings, the Manila WTA 125 is announced without exact dates, and the Davis Cup Final 8 in Bologna is a projection. The status column in the calendar shows which is which.
Yes. The easiest pairs are Barcelona then Madrid in April, Queen's then Wimbledon in June, and the United Cup in Sydney then the Australian Open in Melbourne in January.
